Located in Cincinnatus, New York, our bed and breakfast is a great place to stay after the town's spectacular 4th of July fireworks and parade, or during the annual Corn Festival every September. We are four hours from New York City (via the George Washington Bridge). Here are some directions to help you find us with ease:

• Telephone Road to Route 26,  Up hill on turn,  Seven Miles
• Alice's Dowry Is next to the Historic Church ,  Stop sign turn left
From I-81, Exit 9:   Drive time 15 min.
• 221E to 26-41, Seven Miles , Turn left
• 26-41N to "Y", Three Miles , Bear Right
• 26N, Two Miles , on Left after Church

Whitney Point Lake

This pristine, 1,200-acre reservoir boasts more than 10 miles of shoreline just 15 minutes away from our location. Whitney Point Lake offers swimming, hiking, picnicking, boating, and fishing at two different recreation areas on the lake. Rentals of rowboats, canoes, and sunfish sailboats are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with lessons offered as well. Public access is completely free of charge, so ask for a detailed brochure to learn more about the lake.
