2 cups grated cheese
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick )
1 cup half & half
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
10 eggs slightly beaten
Chopped parsley

Sprinkle the cheese on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch dish, dot with butter. Combine the half & half , salt , mustard and pepper mix well . Pour half the mixture over the cheese. Pour egg mixture in then add remaining cream mixture over eggs. Top with chopped parsley and Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes , let stand to make serving easier
